Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipped via USPS First Class Mail, including tracking.

P.O. Box Addresses

Orders shipping to P.O. Box addresses will be sent via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail only.

Shipping Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. PhysAssist is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Once an order is handed over to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.
