At PhysAssist, we are committed to providing reliable shipping and a straightforward return process. Please review the details below before placing your order.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Orders with 2 or more items
Shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, including tracking.
Orders with 1 item
Shipped via USPS First Class Mail, including tracking.
Orders shipping to P.O. Box addresses will be sent via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail only.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. PhysAssist is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Once an order is handed over to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.
We want you to be confident in your purchase.
PhysAssist accepts returns under the following conditions:
Items must be unopened, unused, and in original sealed condition
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
Original proof of purchase is required
Shipping charges are non-refundable
Approved returns will receive a refund to the original form of payment once the return is received and inspected.
